ARIAT MENS SKYLINE SUMMIT HIKING BOOT

Are you after a seriously comfortable hiking boot that is engineered for performance? The Ariat Skyline Summit offers ATS Pro techngology for advanced stability and a shock absorbing EVA midsole for comfort. The dual-density Duratead outsole features a multi-directional traction design for sure footing, however rough the terrain (including extra wear protection around the toe and heel). A full grain leather other is combined with rugged nylon panels and premium GORE-TEX waterproof, breathable membrane construction.

I have personally owned a couple of pairs of Ariat Terrains (a comfortable walk/horse riding lace up boot) and I also have a pair of the original style of Skylines. The higher Skyline shaft provides much better support for your ankles than the Terrains (I have a weak ankle after twisting one on a trek so I really appreciate this feature), and as they are not a riding boot, they have a much chunkier tread. They really are a comfortable boot if you're going to be on your feet all day, so I highly recommend them!
